Role Description
The Admissions Counselor (MBBS) will assist prospective students and their families in the admissions process, offering personalized guidance on college options, course details, and procedures. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one counseling, explaining admission requirements, processing applications, supporting students in NEET counseling, and assisting with documentation and visa procedures. The counselor will also engage with students through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to address queries and provide solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring a customer-focused and target-driven approach.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills for effective engagement with students and their families
- Customer Service skills to provide a positive and supportive experience for students throughout the admissions process
- Sales and persuasion abilities, with a focus on guiding students toward making informed educational choices
- Familiarity with the education industry, particularly in the MBBS admission process, is a plus
- Proficiency in providing accurate, timely, and transparent admission guidance
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple student cases simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; additional certifications in counseling or education are advantageous
