At SXILL, we help ambitious learners unlock real skills and real opportunities. We're growing fast — and we're looking for an Admissions Counselor who brings both heart and hustle to every student interaction.
What you'll do
- Guide prospective students through the end-to-end admissions process — from first inquiry to enrollment
- Follow up with leads consistently and move them through the pipeline with care and urgency
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets while maintaining a high-quality student experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Represent SXILL at outreach events, fairs, and virtual sessions
- Collaborate with program teams to stay current on offerings and communicate them accurately to students
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, academic counseling, EdTech sales, or a student-facing role
- Excellent communication skills — confident on calls, clear in writing, and empathetic in person
- Comfortable working with targets and motivated by results
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Leadsquared, HubSpot) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; background in Education, Psychology, or Business is preferred
