Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Chennai. Key responsibilities include guiding students through the admission process, understanding their educational goals, and presenting suitable programs. The role also involves assisting with visa documentation, providing customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless support. Engaging with prospective students through effective communication and facilitating their successful transition to Germany will be essential.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Customer Service expertise to ensure a positive experience for students
- Proficiency in Sales to recommend suitable programs and services
- Familiarity or experience in Education-related fields
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and independently when required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in education consulting is a plus
