Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at Wisdom College for Creativity & Design, based in our Ghaziabad campus. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, answering inquiries about programs, conducting campus tours, and ensuring a positive admissions experience. Additional responsibilities include engaging with students and parents to build strong relationships, achieving enrollment targets, and participating in admissions events and outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Customer Service and problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to meet enrollment targets
- Knowledge or experience in Education and student counseling
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in presenting information to diverse audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience in admissions, education consultancy, or related roles is an advantage
