About the Role:
Wayone Academy is looking for a passionate and result-driven Education Counselor to guide students in choosing the right IT courses (Data Analytics, Data Science, Digital Marketing, MERN, Flutter Development, React Native Mobile Development) and help them build successful careers in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
• Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable IT programs
• Explain course curriculum, duration, certification, fees, and career opportunities
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM for inquiries and follow-ups
• Participate in career seminars, webinars, and promotional activities
• Stay updated with the latest IT technologies and market trends
• Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and engagement
