Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and communication-skilled Admission Counselor to guide students and parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counseling, handling inquiries, follow-ups, and achieving admission targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admissions
- Handle calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Explain admission procedures, fees, and course details
- Maintain student database and follow-up records
- Coordinate with management and academic teams
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in counseling/sales preferred
