Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students and guide them through the admissions process, assist in course selection, and provide detailed information about institutional offerings. Core responsibilities include building strong relationships through effective communication, addressing queries, and supporting applicants in their educational journey. Managing inquiries, following up with potential students, and providing insights about programs to foster enrollment success are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to interact effectively with prospective students and colleagues.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to address inquiries and provide effective resolutions.
- Experience or skills in Sales to promote programs and drive student enrollment.
- Background in Education or familiarity with academic and competitive exam preparation processes is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with an ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is required; Master's degree or experience in admissions counseling is a plus.
