Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Counselor for a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneshwar. The Admissions Counselor will interact with prospective students, providing detailed information about our programs, application processes, and career opportunities. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions journey, addressing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. This position also requires collaborating with internal teams to achieve enrollment goals and participating in marketing and outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and their families.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and an ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to guide and persuade students towards appropriate academic programs.
- Knowledge or experience in the Education sector, with an understanding of admissions processes and program structures.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (Education, Business, or related disciplines is preferred).
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or databases is an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and meet enrollment targets.
