We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our Admissions Team and contribute to student enrolment and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Manage inbound and outbound admission enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure timely application completion and admission conversion.
- Maintain accurate student records and update admission databases.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to facilitate a seamless admission process.
- Participate in admission drives, education fairs, school visits, seminars, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while maintaining a high standard of student experience.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and educational partners.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, education, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
