Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Bengaluru. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and providing expert guidance on the programs offered by Veranda Learning. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, guiding candidates through the admissions process, and ensuring a positive experience. The role requires proactive communication and a commitment to delivering excellent customer support.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and stakeholders.
- Customer Service expertise, prioritizing a supportive and welcoming experience for prospective students.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques, including the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- A background in Education or familiarity with competitive exam preparation programs is an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is required. Prior experience in admissions or counseling is a plus.
