- Understand learner requirements and suggest suitable career-oriented programs
- Handle inbound and outbound counseling calls
- Guide learners through the complete admission and enrollment process
- Maintain learner engagement through regular follow-ups
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong counseling and sales aptitude
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
