Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students and professionals in selecting appropriate academic and career development programs. Responsibilities include engaging with individuals through consultations, addressing inquiries, assisting with program enrollment, and providing exceptional student support services. The role involves staying informed about our programs and fostering meaningful relationships to support learners on their journey.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills for effective engagement with students and professionals
- Customer Service and Sales acumen to assist with program enrollment and identify suitable learning opportunities
- Understanding of education systems and career counseling to provide relevant and customized guidance
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with prior experience in admissions or customer-facing roles being advantageous
- Familiarity with the education and upskilling industry is a plus
