Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, located in Bhopal. The Admissions Counselor will guide and support students during the medical admission process, provide personalized counseling sessions, and answer inquiries related to academic programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining communication with students and their families, explaining admission requirements, coordinating with partner institutions, and assisting in completing application processes. The role also involves promoting educational opportunities and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively counsel and interact with students and families
- Excellent Customer Service and Sales abilities to engage with prospective candidates and provide valuable guidance
- Experience in the Education sector or a similar domain
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and handle high-pressure situations
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in languages relevant to the region or clientele is an advantage
