Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Vadodara. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, providing information about educational programs, and addressing their queries. Day-to-day responsibilities include fostering relationships with potential students, offering personalized advice, coordinating admission-related activities, and achieving enrollment goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and effective Communication skills
- Solid Customer Service skills to provide exceptional support and build trust
- Familiarity with Sales techniques and an ability to meet enrollment goals
- Experience or background in Education is an asset
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Proficient in using computer applications and managing databases
