Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Admissions Counselor located in the Greater Noida West Division. The role involves providing expert guidance to students on educational opportunities, assisting with college/course selection, and supporting application and admission processes. Responsibilities include offering personalized counseling, maintaining communication with students and guardians, and working to achieve enrollment targets. The counselor will also collaborate with colleagues for the seamless execution of services and ensure prompt response to client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills
- Freshers are welcome
- Strong background in Customer Service and Sales
- Experience or knowledge in the Education sector
- Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with students and families
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred degrees: Education, Counseling, or any related field)
- Prior experience as a counselor or in a similar role is advantageous
