Role Description
This full-time Admissions Counselor role is an on-site position located in Bengaluru. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students to provide personalized guidance on educational programs, standardized test preparation, and overseas admission processes. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, answering inquiries, offering tailored advice, and supporting the enrollment process. The role requires building strong relationships with students while also contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and Communication
- Expertise in Customer Service and Sales proficiency
- Familiarity with the Education domain and related processes
- Ability to build rapport and guide students through admissions and program selection
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to meeting student needs
- Prior experience in admissions counseling or a related field, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for education or business-related fields
- Proficiency in using CRM software and general office tools is a plus
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage
