Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Admissions Counselor, you will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide detailed course information, and actively engage in student counseling to support their career aspirations. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with potential students, addressing their inquiries, advising them on suitable courses, and ensuring a seamless registration experience. Sales and customer service are integral components of this role, requiring a driven and empathetic approach.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively interact with students and other stakeholders
- Customer Service skills, ensuring a supportive and professional experience for potential students
- Sales and Education consultation expertise to identify student needs and provide personalized course recommendations
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience or familiarity with education counseling and/or sales processes preferred
- Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or any related field
