Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India, for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through course selection and admissions processes, provide support and counseling to help them make informed decisions, and address inquiries about programs and opportunities at Techiegigs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong relationships with potential students, assisting them through enrollment, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve admission goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication abilities to effectively interact with prospective students.
- Customer Service skills to support and address the needs of potential students throughout the admissions journey.
- Experience in Sales to engage and guide prospective students in making informed enrollment decisions.
- Knowledge of education and training programs, particularly those related to digital marketing, is an advantage.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment on-site.
