Role: Admission Counsellor – Inside Sales
We are looking for motivated individuals to join as Admission Counsellors to drive student enrollment and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inbound leads and make outbound cold calls/emails
- Counsel students and parents on suitable programs
- Guide students through the application and documentation process
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Maintain records using CRM tools
- Coordinate efficient communication with student applicants and their families
Requirements:
- Strong empathy and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven mindset with proven lead conversion ability
- Experience with CRM tools preferred
- Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Strong listening and presentation skills
Compensation:
- Freshers: ₹28,000/month
- Experienced: ₹35,000/month
- Location: MG Road, Bangalore Working Days: 6 days/week
