Roles & Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with all incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries)
- Convert trial classes into paid enrollments
- Handle parent inquiries and walk-ins at the centre
- Clearly explain program structure, benefits, and pricing to parents
- Build trust with parents and guide them through the decision-making process
- Maintain daily lead tracking and follow-up records (CRM/Excel)
- Ensure no lead is missed or delayed beyond 24 hours
- Drive monthly enrollment targets and revenue goals
- Coordinate with coaches to schedule trial classes and feedback loops
- Follow up with parents post-trial to close enrollments
- Support on-ground events, open houses, and activations for lead generation
- Handle basic parent communication after enrollment (handover to ops)
