ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an energetic and articulate Admissions Counsellor to be the face of Six Ladders at our partner college campuses. You'll own the admissions process on the ground meeting students, parents, and faculty, explaining our programs, and converting interest into enrollment ments. This is a field-first role, and your ability to communicate clearly and confidently is what matters most.
Role Type: Full-time, Field Based | 6-month probation period applies
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Visit partner colleges regularly and manage on-site admissions activities end-to-end
• Counsel prospective students and parents explaining program structure, career outcomes, and fee details in a clear and compelling manner
• Track student enquiries, follow up diligently, and maintain accurate enrolment records and reports
• Coordinate with college coordinators and Six Ladders' internal team to ensure a seamless admissions experience
• Conduct information sessions, orientation walks, and Q&A interactions at campuses as required
• Share periodic enrollment updates and on-ground insights with the team to support decision-making
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Exceptional verbal communication, you can explain complex programs simply and persuasively
• Comfortable in field settings, you enjoy being on-site, meeting new people, and representing a brand confidently
• Graduate in any discipline; background in education, counselling, or sales is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and reliable on follow-through, you own your numbers
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi or Marathi is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel to partner college locations across the city and beyond as required
