Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will engage with potential students and their families, provide detailed guidance about the academy's programs, respond to inquiries, and assist them through the entire admissions process. Key responsibilities include effective communication, providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and achieving enrollment goals through consultative approaches and sales best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to address inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
- Experience in Sales, with a focus on relationship-building and achieving targets
- Background in Education or related roles is a plus
- Passion for music and an understanding of music education is an advantage
- Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple prospective students
