🎓 We're Hiring: Admission Counsellor
📍 Peas in Pod Preschool & Day Care – Sector 23, Palam Vihar, Gurugram
Peas in Pod Preschool & Day Care is looking for an experienced and dynamic Admission Counsellor to join our growing team. If you are passionate about early childhood education, parent engagement, admissions management, and driving enrolments, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Counsel and guide prospective parents regarding school programs, curriculum, and admission procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and outreach activities to increase admissions.
- Coordinate and participate in admission drives, events, and community engagement programs.
- Manage and maintain Parent ERP systems and admission-related records.
- Support teachers and staff through effective coordination and counselling when required.
- Track admission leads, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure excellent parent satisfaction and customer service standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in School Administration and/or Preschool Operations.
✅ Prior experience in Admissions Counselling is preferred.
✅ Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Experience in marketing, admissions campaigns, and parent engagement activities.
✅ Proficiency in managing ERP systems and administrative processes.
✅ Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
✅ Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university is compulsory.
