Role Description
As an on-site full-time Admissions Counselor, located in Vasant Vihar, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admission process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing information about our programs, responding to inquiries, evaluating candidate fit, assisting with enrollment procedures, and maintaining strong relationships with students and their families. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and contribute to the overall success of the admissions process.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience required
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive experience
- Sales experience to guide prospective students through the enrollment process and meet admissions goals
- Understanding of or experience in the Education sector to provide accurate program information
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in admissions or student counseling is advantageous
- A passion for aviation or related industries is desirable but not required
