Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Ajmer. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process by providing comprehensive information about programs and opportunities at Parul University. Daily tasks include counseling students, responding to inquiries, assisting with the application process, evaluating eligibility, and maintaining consistent communication with applicants and their families. The Counselor will also participate in outreach activities, such as representing the university at events and connecting with potential students to help them make informed decisions.
Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, parents, and other stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in customer service and counseling to address inquiries and concerns
- Ability to apply sales techniques to promote university programs and recruit prospective students
- Understanding of the education industry and familiarity with admission processes
- Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Communications, or a related discipline
- Experience in academic counseling or student services is a plus
- Knowledge of national and international educational trends is desirable
