Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Admissions Counselor to join our team on-site at our Chandigarh location. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students and their families, providing guidance about our courses, programs, and admissions process. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, counseling students, coordinating admissions procedures, and meeting enrollment targets. Additionally, the counselor will establish positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the organization’s growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively interact with students and their families
- Customer Service skills to support and guide prospective students throughout the admissions process
- Experience in Sales to achieve enrollment targets and promote the institution's offerings
- Background or interest in the Education sector to better connect with student goals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer applications for managing admissions-related tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; experience or certification in counseling is a plus
