Job Description
We are hiring a results-oriented Admission Counsellor to manage end-to-end student counselling and sales. This is a work-from-home role involving interaction with hot leads generated through our app. The role focuses on understanding learner needs, resolving queries, and successfully closing enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle up to 70 connected calls per day from app-generated hot leads
Maintain active availability from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Provide complete counselling support to students from inquiry to enrollment
Understand learner goals and recommend suitable courses/programs
Address queries, concerns, and objections professionally
Follow up with interested learners to ensure conversions
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enrollments
Requirements & Skills
1–3 years of experience in admission counselling / education sales / inside sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Comfortable handling high call volumes and sales targets
Sales-driven mindset with learner-centric counselling approach
Ability to work independently in a WFH setup
Familiarity with CRM tools and telecalling systems is a plus
