Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end admission counselling (inbound & outbound)
- Engage with prospective students and parents via calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms
- Provide accurate information about programs, eligibility, and career pathways
- Drive conversions through structured counselling and timely follow-ups
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Coordinate with academic departments for updated program insights
Who We’re Looking For:
- Graduates with minimum 3 years of experience in University Admissions / Counselling
- Postgraduates with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in higher education or EdTech counselling preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed admission/sales targets
