Role Description
The Admissions Counselor will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process and supporting them with information about courses and programs. Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff
- Customer service skills to address student and parent inquiries promptly and professionally
- Sales and persuasion skills to describe programs and increase enrollments
