Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will manage prospective student inquiries, provide guidance and information about programs, and assist students through the admissions process. The role will involve liaising with potential applicants, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. This position also includes promoting programs, building strong connections with prospective candidates, and meeting enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Background in customer service and sales, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and achieve targets
- Knowledge of the education sector and a passion for facilitating student success
- Ability to provide excellent support and guidance to prospective students
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Familiarity with educational platforms or admission processes is an advantage
