Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Admission Counsellor to be the first point of contact for and prospective students. The ideal candidate will guiding and counselling students through the admission process.
Admission Counselling
- Provide accurate information about courses, programs, and admission procedures
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding career options and courses
- Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain and update student inquiry databases (CRM or Excel)
- Assist in admission documentation and enrollment process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in counselling, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (knowledge of local language is a plus)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
- Presentable personality and professional attitude
