Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling applicants, managing inquiries, and supporting recruitment efforts to meet admission targets.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions procedures, eligibility, and career outcomes
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
- Conduct campus tours and participate in admission events, fairs, and seminars
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to support enrollment strategies
- Meet individual and team admission targets
- Assist applicants with documentation and application completion
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
