Job Title: Admission CounselorCompany: Masters' Union

Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admission Counselor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate program information, and converting leads into enrollments. The role requires strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to build relationships with students and parents.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Conversion- Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain a high conversion ratio and achieve enrollment targets
Lead Management- Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
- Track and manage the complete admission funnel
Admission Process Handling- Guide students through application, documentation, and enrollment process
- Ensure timely submission of forms and fees
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Relationship Management- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Address queries related to courses, fees, career prospects, etc.
- Provide a positive counseling experience
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1– 4 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or inside sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Key Competencies- Sales & persuasion skills
- Active listening and empathy
- Time management and follow-up discipline
- Customer-centric approach
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in EdTech / Education industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Experience handling high-volume calling
KPIs / Performance Metrics- Number of calls / follow-ups per day
- Lead-to-admission conversion rate
- Revenue / enrollment targets
- Student satisfaction score
