Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in , Gurgaon India. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide detailed program information, and address any inquiries. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, conducting consultations about program offerings, and supporting applicants from initial contact to enrollment. Additional tasks include collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience and contributing to the overall success of the admissions process.
Qualifications
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Proven expertise in Customer Service and Sales
- Experience in the field of Education or academic advising
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Prior admissions or counseling experience is a plus
