Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Admissions Counselor to join us at our office in Indore. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students and their families, providing guidance in educational and career decision-making. Responsibilities include advising students on suitable college programs, guiding them through the admission process, assisting with career counseling sessions, and helping them prepare for interviews or other preparatory assessments. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with educational institutions and contributing to enrollment and sales initiatives while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to connect with students, parents, and institutional representatives effectively.
- Experience in providing outstanding Customer Service and demonstrating active listening and empathy in addressing student and family needs.
- A background in Sales, with the ability to guide and persuade students in making informed educational and career choices.
- Familiarity with the Education sector, including its challenges, opportunities, and pathways for students.
- Exemplary problem-solving skills, passion for mentoring, and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience in admissions or counseling is advantageous.
