Role Description
The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing tailored counseling, and helping identify the most suitable courses based on individual aspirations and goals. This full-time position will involve conducting in-person and virtual consultations, maintaining student records, and following up to ensure smooth application processes. In addition, the role includes supporting Career Pathway Planning and collaborating closely with universities. This is an on-site role located in Noida.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and understand their needs
- Experience in customer service and sales, with the ability to build trust and address student concerns
- Background in the education sector with familiarity in guiding students through admissions processes
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple inquiries, and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field
- Experience in admission counseling, career guidance, or related roles is preferred
