Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students to provide comprehensive guidance on education programs, offer tailored course recommendations, and assist in the application and admissions process. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, maintaining effective communication with students, answering queries, and managing a student database. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to meet admissions targets and contributing to the overall success of the guidance platform.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively interact with students and guide them through their decisions
- Customer Service skills to address student inquiries, resolve concerns, and build trust
- Sales expertise with the ability to guide prospective students towards appropriate educational choices
- A background in Education or a related field is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple inquiries, and meet targets
- Proficiency in using digital tools and maintaining accurate records
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in counseling or sales is preferred
