💼 Experience: 3–6 Years (Sales / Academic Counseling)
💰 Compensation: Fixed Salary + Lucrative Performance Incentives

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Engage with prospective students and drive end-to-end admissions
* Handle inbound & outbound leads, follow-ups, and conversions
* Achieve and exceed revenue targets consistently
* Maintain accurate reporting and guide junior counselors when required
*Candidate Profile:*
* Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
* Proven experience in sales or admission counseling
* Target-driven with a proactive approach
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
