Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will engage candidates who are willing to pursue Early Childhood Education Courses, guide them through the enrollment process, and provide information about KLAY's services and offerings. Key responsibilities include addressing inquiries, conducting center tours, fostering strong relationships with parents, and supporting enrollment targets. The role requires collaboration with the operations to provide an exceptional experience for global candidates.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with parents and build relationships
- Proficiency in customer service and a commitment to delivering positive parent experiences
- Knowledge of education concepts and a passion for guiding parents in selecting the right care and learning environment
- Sales skills and the ability to meet enrollment goals efficiently
- Additional qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, education, or a related field
- Composure under pressure and ability to manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Work Location: HSR Layout, Sector 6 - Bengaluru
- Timings: 8-5pm, 5 days a week
