Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will actively engage with prospective students and parents, provide comprehensive guidance on academic programs, and support the admissions process. Responsibilities include communicating university offerings, handling inquiries, guiding applicants through the application process, and supporting enrollment goals. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to build relationships and advocate for the University's mission.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service to assist prospective students and their families
- Experience or skills in Sales and ability to guide prospects toward suitable academic programs
- Knowledge or experience in the Education sector is highly desirable
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and organized, with excellent time management
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required; a background in counseling, education, or related fields is a plus
