The Role
As an Admission Counsellor, you will manage the end-to-end enrollment journey, ensuring every prospective family receives a warm, professional, and informative introduction to our school community.
Key Responsibilities
Enquiry Management: Handle walk-ins and digital enquiries with professionalism.
Campus Tours: Showcase our facilities and curriculum to convert leads into enrollments.
Relationship Building: Maintain consistent follow-ups via CRM, email, and WhatsApp.
Goal Achievement: Meet branch admission targets and support outreach events.
Onboarding: Streamline documentation and fee collection for new students.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in school admissions or student counselling.
Education: Graduate (specialization in Education, Psychology, or Business preferred)
Skills: Exceptional communication (English & Local Language), empathy, and negotiation.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM management and digital communication tools.
Location: Gurgaon, Panipat, Faridabad
