Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Admissions Counselor located in Pune FC Road. The Admissions Counselor will assist prospective students in selecting suitable courses, providing guidance on application processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include conducting campus tours, counseling students and parents, meeting enrollment goals, and addressing queries about the institute's programs. The role also includes engaging with potential students through communication and sales efforts to support their journey into the institute.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Customer Service experience and the ability to provide supportive guidance
- Sales skills to meet enrollment targets
- Familiarity with the education sector and related services
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented on-site environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or database systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communication, Education, or similar) preferred
