As part of our growing Business Development team, you will:
✨ Counsel prospective candidates through outbound calls
✨ Guide learners toward career-oriented programs
✨ Coordinate with Marketing, Content & Product teams
✨ Maintain CRM and reporting processes
✨ Build strong relationships with students and professionals
🎯 We are looking for someone who:
✔ Has strong communication & counselling skills
✔ Can handle conversations with empathy and confidence
✔ Possesses sales persuasion and relationship-building abilities
✔ Enjoys working in a fast-growing EdTech environment
⏰ Working Schedule:
• Monday to Friday – Office Working
• Saturday – Work From Home
• Sunday – Weekly Off
