Job Summary:Infinity Learn is looking for a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide students and parents in choosing the right academic programs. The role involves counseling, enrollment conversion, relationship management, and ensuring a positive learner experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Counsel students and parents on Infinity Learn’s courses, curriculum, and learning outcomes
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and leads generated through digital platforms
- Achieve enrollment and revenue targets on a monthly basis
- Maintain accurate student data and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
- Participate in walk-in drives, seminars, and promotional events
Eligibility & Requirements:- Graduation in any discipline (Education background preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in academic counseling / admissions / education sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a student-centric approach
- Comfortable with tele-calling, counseling, and follow-ups
- Experience in EdTech or coaching institutes will be an added advantage
