Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for the position of Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, providing detailed information regarding the institute’s courses, and assisting with the admissions process. The role involves daily communication with students, parents, and other stakeholders, conducting counseling sessions, guiding students through application and enrollment, and meeting enrollment targets. The counselor will work to ensure a seamless experience while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with students and stakeholders
- Customer Service skills to provide a high standard of support and guidance throughout the admissions process
- Sales competencies to achieve enrollment targets and proactively promote the institute's programs
- Experience or familiarity with the Education sector is highly desirable
- Proficiency in organization and time management
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Communication, or a related field
