Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will guide and support students through the admissions process, provide career counseling, and address inquiries regarding educational programs. The role involves actively engaging with students and parents, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting enrollment in educational programs and services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of interactions and contributing to overall admissions strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on addressing student and parent needs
- Experience or knowledge in Education and Admissions Counseling
- Proficiency in Sales for promoting and enrolling in educational programs
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, education, or a related field is beneficial
- Previous experience in student counseling or education services is a plus
