Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will interact with prospective students, guide them through the admissions process, provide program information, and ensure smooth onboarding. Additionally, the role involves counseling prospective students, managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting applicants in making informed decisions about their education.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales roles
- Understanding of the Education sector and interest in educational counseling
- Problem-solving mindset, ability to work under deadlines, and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience in counseling or a similar role is a plus
