Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, providing counseling on available courses, guiding them through the admissions process, and addressing inquiries effectively. Other responsibilities include maintaining student records, supporting enrollment targets, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to ensure seamless communication and promotion of programs. This role requires active interaction with students, ensuring their satisfaction, and achieving set organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Proficiency in providing outstanding Customer Service and building relationships with clients
- Experience in Sales and the ability to guide clients through decision-making processes
- Familiarity with the Education sector and an understanding of academic or training programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and goal-oriented performance
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or client-facing roles is an advantage
