Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students, guiding them through the admission process and providing information about courses and services. Key responsibilities include actively assisting students in their course selections, addressing inquiries, maintaining timely communication, and contributing to the success of Henry Harvin's admission targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and professional Communication practices
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on resolving inquiries and maintaining relationships
- Proven ability in Sales, with a focus on admission processes and client acquisition
- Good understanding of the Education sector and learning programs
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and effective in a high-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools is an advantage
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a background in Sales or Customer Relations
