Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide information about training programs, and answer inquiries to help applicants make informed decisions. They will also develop relationships with potential students, conduct follow-ups, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve enrollment objectives. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for applicants.
